At Rock Depot, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our materials and the logistics involved, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

No Refunds or Returns on Shipped or Delivered Materials

 

Once materials have been shipped or delivered to your location, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. This policy applies to all of our products, including but not limited to:

  • River Rock
  • Crushed Gravels
  • Mexican Beach Pebble
  • Fill Material
  • Soils
  • Base Materials
  • Flagstone
  • Boulders

 

Inspection at Pickup or Delivery

 

We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their materials at the time of pickup or delivery. If you have any concerns about your order, please notify our team immediately before the materials are unloaded or removed from our facility.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Order cancellations must be made prior to shipping or delivery. Once an order has been processed and is en route, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive materials that are damaged or do not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
